Multi- phase feeding with pneumatic valves

METRA FIT II can put the feed from up to 5 silos on one chain. Each silo holds one kind of feed. It is possible either to feed one kind of feed or to compound two kinds of feed for feeding the pigs in one compartment. It allows to feed up to 9 varius kinds of feed at maximal 4 feeding times. 
An auger (Moni 1/1) puts the various feeds on the chain. Compartements in which is the pigs need the same feed are fed at the same time. After a waiting period the remaining feed in the conveying system is distributet to the same compartments. Then a new feed ration is prepared and fed. 
In the compartments a METRA SPIN spin valve is above each feeder. At feeding time all valves of the compartment are opened and closed simultaneously.
